Part of our bathroom renovation included adding a handy, clutter-free bathroom dispenser which we placed permanently on the shower wall to organise our shampoo, conditioner and shower gel (much like the ones used in fancy hotels). We bought this Dispenser from Mitre 10. When one of the parts broke (due to me accidentally dropping it when refilling a chamber) we were unable to buy any spare parts for this from the retailer, which almost meant we would have to buy a whole new dispensing system! But looking online I found out that I could get the spare part that I needed direct from the manufacturer! What a relief! The speed of service, the cheap cost of the spare part that I needed, prompt delivery and clear communication by staff impressed me greatly.
