Super impressed with the quality and speed of service plus regular communication about drop off and pick up times for the double bed we hired for our in-laws to use when they were staying with us over Christmas. Very impressed with their scrumptious buffet which is fresh and full of international variety. The service was clean and professional and my entire family of 25+ people (toddlers to grandparents) enjoyed dining here last weekend! Also, the young ones thoroughly enjoyed their time in the play area:-D

I have been shopping at DVDOrchard for years. They offer a great range of dvds, blu rays, games and music for reasonable prices and cheap postage (sometimes postage is free if you order through their ebay store)! I like their range of fitness DVDs too.
They also have The Orchard Points programme which rewards customers who shop directly with them in providing points that can be redeemed against future purchases. In addition, each order delivered (for 3 or more non budget items) earns an entry into a quarterly draw for a prize of a $250 gift voucher.

This is my first experience purchasing Bonds products online, as I usually buy their underwear and clothing at Woolies or at department stores. But, to beat the Christmas rush with Bonds online's offer of free delivery, I thought, why not? I received my order on time, but one of the items was faulty. Thankfully, Bonds also offer free returns, and gladly sorted out my concern promptly over the phone and gave me a refund of the faulty item. Wow! Now that's the type of online service that really delivers:)
