I would never recommend this business to anyone due to serious assault on a customer. Too scared to enter.

Just made a purchase for my first guitar Cort AF510 and some accessories today.

Spoke to the staff named Tom. He went out of his way to explain for me different things knowing that I’m a beginner/first time buyer. It makes the buying process a lot easier (I literally spent days researching on different websites but not making the purchase - thanks god I made the phone call)

Shout out to Tom for going extra miles and delivering excellent customer service!!! Keep it up!

WOW. I ordered a Behringer Eurolive Monitor/Speaker and Luke Summerell gave the most excellent customer service! I was so impressed on how he was so willing to bend over backwards to keep the customer (me) happy!

A huge range of all sorts of musical instruments. The shop is split over 2 levels - the bottom store carries the actual instruments while the upstairs level has all the music (music books, sheet music, music from movies, etc). They have the widest range of music in Canberra and the prices are good.

They have a lot of choice. Some things i find are a little overpriced but some are reasonable.

This has to be the best music store in Canberra. They have a massive range of instruments, printed music, DJ equipment, and pro audio equipment.

The staff really know their stuff and are very helpful. I've been in there just to ask advice about music things and they are always willing to talk and offer suggestions. Most of the equipment is available on the shop floor, so you can give it a go before purchasing. Highly recommended.
