I’m furious after signing up for 6 months and uploading professional photo content and videos of my daughter to never get them reviewed and uploaded to the agency profile NEVER! They were so kin in my daughter right at the beginning replying emails straight away until I paid, then barely any generic replies. Today I checked and their email doesn’t work, their website is not working, their socials have been deleted, the Google search says they’re permanently closed. SCAM!! I contacted my bank trying to get my money back which probably won’t happen, and I’m contacting fair trade as their consumer guarantee has been 100% broken. Despicable people. Maybe they were someone back in the day but now THEYRE SCAMMERS!! STAY AWAY!!
Initially I could only see good reviews online but now all these old terrible reviews have popped up in my search. What a fraudulent company!!

Signed up and paid first fee - heard nothing until I emailed asking what was happening. I received a reply it takes time to set up the profiles and got a link to an app. I set up the profile, entered all our information and photos and waited for them to get back to me as they said they would in the email. It’s been two months. The profile is still locked and have had no progress. Emailed asking to end agreement and received a reply stating there would be no refunds or waiving of fees. Absolute waste of time and money.

The only thing my son has received from this agent are beautiful portraits.
Other than that, absolutely nothing. Not worth the time, the hype, the money. They do not at all book your child in for nothing!!!!

Everyone in the process of joining was nice and welcoming with lots of promises that our daughter has a promising feedback until joining fees and photography fees were paid .Since then it was almost impossible to reach their team or talk to anyone . And when eventually reach someone we get told that they will check and come back to us but it was many months passed since that . Lots of promotions about family profiles , just another way to mislead hundreds of people into their ineffective service . I highly recommend to avoid their service as no gain or benefit comes from it except disappointment .

I don't know what to say but it's not looking good for my twins. I paid everything and not a single audition. I'm still hoping but please Bettina do something. I don't want to leave a nasty review yet but things don't look good at this point

I recently have signed my son, was booked for photoshoot. The photographer was great then we had to wait almost 30 min to see another lady who only went through a selection of photos and somehow lost our family pics.
She was rushed, rude & not genuine. Terrible experience.
There were other pics that we didn’t see and spent $400 for all the pics which we haven’t received.
They have refunded my money for the pics after I’ve complained however the National Manager is now not returning emails after promising I’d receive all the images.
I want a refund for the year subscription as I already have had a disappointing experience from the start but got sucked in as the girl who first interviewed was a Mum and seemed genuine.
My son has already had experience in this field with brands directly and I wish I never had got sucked in.
I read reviews and addressed them
with the agency but they made me believe it would be amazing.
Please listen to the reviews and save your money.

Wow, signed my son up 5yrs ago…after realising it was bullshit and paid a chunk of money. can’t believe all these years later people are still being scammed.

Expensive with no work and 4 kids. No communication.

I wish I’d paid attention to the negative reviews I’d read here before signing up. We have spent well over a thousand dollars with no jobs and very little communication. We were in hard lockdown with a covid for 4 months and they DID NOT CARE. They refused to compensate us for those 4 months. The only people who respond to you are accounts to take your money, the National manager is a horrible, rude and patronising individual who is extremely arrogant and condescending. Don’t waste your time or money!! It’s clearly a money making scheme and you are just a number and a bank account to them. Very disheartened and disappointed.

Waist of time and Money! Signed my Son up and after that have not heard from them in over a year and a half. Nothing.
My son has received multiple modeling offers yet nothing through bettina. Wish i had signed him up somewhere else. Basically paid for 2 photoshoots $500 + each as we needed the photos. Then the sign up fee on top of it which you get absolutely nothing for. Waist of money. Try another agency
