The shop is usually quite busy on weekends and as staffing coverage isn't great, I feel for them trying to provide a reasonable standard of service.

The salespeople I've encountered (when buying a watch and then returning it for warranty service when it stopped working) varied from very helpful, to tired and over it - but trying not to show it. And when my watch came back from repair earlier than estimated the staff member seemed surprised as though that never happened.

Overall I would only shop here if what I wanted was on sale as the wait is usually very long and the service inconsistent. I guess it's an example of you get what you pay for.

I always shop here for presents for family and friends. they have a huge range of jewellry and other gifts. The staff are always pleasant.

The most prettiest jewellery is sold here, even for the men. Lots of good deals and specials on, i think it is really worth your money. Also great service.

I have fallen in love with the store time and time again, the products are of excellent quality... and at a great price. The staff are good but they are a bit quick to jump on you and not to just let you browse a bit first. And being a store of such good value they do get to be very busy.

they offer a big range, from rings to bracelets, watches clocks and dining ware.

Bevilles have a huge selection of watches at the moment of so many different brands. They are all beautiful. The staff at this store were fantastic, really friendly, honest advice not at all pushy and just so helpful. We had no intention of buying anything but there stuff was so great prices really good and staff awesome we left with2 watches and a necklace
