Highly recommend beyond heating and cooling. From the start of the process communication/quote to the end/installation. Adam was highly responsive on comms. The quote was sent following day. Everything was explained well. Adam promptly came out to us in regional to measure up and managed to fit us in the following week for installation. The team showed up on time, were efficient and friendly. They explained how to use the console and everything works perfectly. Great comms, efficient, reliable.

From the initial interaction to the end of the process has been amazing. The price was what I expected ( fair and reasonable) , the group of employees that came out to install our ducted system were respectful, clean and so prompt. The job was done done in a day and they team also tied up after themselves.

From the start to the end of the process was 2 weeks. No hiccups no issues and no concerns.
