The Technician was very thorough, he had to gain an understanding of how the system worked and then track down possible faults. His work was clean and tidy and he explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. I was extremely satisfied with his knowledge and work practice.

Beyond Reticulation attended my property came up with a plan that was best suited for us both ie suggested I do some of the simple work exposing the pipe work to save costs and returned to fix the problem throughout they explained the problem and how to resolve it and worked efficiently to rectify the problem I would recommend to my friends and family

Mikel came out on a Saturday to fix my retic valves. Did the repairs but also took the time to show me how to do any further repairs in future to save me money.

We did put some quote requests who responded way after the problem was resolved and was way expensive some even unrealistic. We will strongly recommend the team for honest quick and quality work.
