I walked in with long hair and asked for a trim, discussing the amount to cut off. She asked me if I wanted it to be shoulder length, and I indicated no, showing her how long it should be (longer than shoulder length). I left not with a trim, but with most of my hair gone (after she finished straightening it up, it didn't even reach my shoulders!) It will be many many weeks before my hair is again long enough to tie up. My hair has not been this short in 3 decades. And no apology!

Accommodated me the day I called, and the young lady who cut my hair was amazing, extremely talented. It's probably the best haircut I have ever had. And only $45 for wash, cut and blow dry.
