When I used to work in the city, Big Bite was my ultimate lunch destination. The sandwiches are so big that I am full for a long time. The grilled Lemon chicken was my favourite.

I love Big Bite on Pitt, their sandwiches are so fresh, delicious and filling. I love their lemon grilled chicken sandwich and the grilled lamb sandwich (on Wednesday only). The sandwiches are so big that it is so hard to finish them. Their breakfast deals are great, I get a ham, tomato and cheese toasted sandwich for only $5 which is a bargain for the city. Service is also fantastic and staff always remember my order.

These sandwiches are yummy and are always fresh. My favourite is getting a delicious salad sandwich at 11 o'clock just before lunch when everyone comes in.

Fantastic sandwich shop in Sydney - fresh ingredients, nice staff and reasonable prices. Lemon grilled chicken is my personal favourite but they have plenty of fillings for every tastebud

Looking for great sandwiches in the Sydney CBD? Look no further. These guys are friendly, fast and value for money. The sandwiches are fresh and large enough to satisfy the biggest eater and for the smaller eaters can make 2 meals. By far the best $10 you will spend in Sydney CBD.

Approximate cost: $10

I haven't been to this place for a really long time. I remembered when I used to go to college in the city, having lunch at this place. The lemon grilled chicken is my favorite.. I still can remember the taste of the fresh thick bread, the tenderness of the chicken and perfectly seasoned. I was amazing. Strongly recommended.

The line for that place is always out the door and sometimes out to the street.. speaks for itself

If you want value for money in your sandwich then look no further. White or Brown Bread (or wrap if you prefer) these sandwiches are huge and oh so delicious - its a struggle to complete them (and I love my food). $9.50 and a satisfied feeling after makes for a great lunch without forking out huge $$ for a meal (something that can be difficult to avoid in the CBD). The Lamb on Thursdays is a favourite, but try and get there early as they can and do run out - just before 12pm best time to get there anyday as anything after can mean a queue out to Pitt Street!

Approximate cost: $9.50

This is small shop in pitt street. Their sandwiches are huge and really delicious. I like Grilled Lamb. They get very busy at lunch time so not good idea for quick lunch.

You may have to line-up for a while during lunch hours but it's well worth it. Huge sandwiches made on fresh soft bread with crisp crusts and an excellent range of fillings. Specials of day are always good choices.

Approximate cost: $8
