Absolutely disappointing service. The initial installation of my home split system was appropriate. Following payment, further enquires regarding missing components and the lack of the extra parts which were requested, itemised in the invoice, and paid for were not responded to. Multiple phone calls and emails have been ignored thus far. There hasn’t been a single follow up call or review of the missing parts.
Definitely do not recommend this company if you’re expecting a trustworthy and honest service.
