That big star cds is still open is amazing! Beautiful records, CDs, and hard to find music books and memorabilia, this place is amazing.
My sister's new partner will only buy cds, and refuses to use itunes or any other similar service, as he believes that these businesses don't pay the bands properly. So when it's his birthday, I look to places such as Big Star to supply the titles he wants. They are helpful and lovely, and have a wide range of titles.

I recommend them wholeheartedly. When you buy from Big Star, you support local business AND the bands you love!

This little record place is similar to marion big star. They have a big selection of records, cd & dvd's. We still stop by from time to time and still looks the same. They have new & old records at a reasonable price. Most of my records are from both stores. I must say i like the look of Magills shop better then marions.

As an avid vinyl collector, I always find a bargain at Big Star. With their city store closing it's doors, it really has seemed to increase the chances of finding those rarities I'm always looking for. Always a treat to visit.
