Very friendly staff, clean and very neat displays. Open late all days, which is handy for those who work and early enough for before school/work necessities.

This Big W store always has friendly staff. I usually check out the great weekly specials & there's always seasonal specials right across the store. And with lay-bys, if you have a pension card, you only have to leave a 5% deposit (as opposed to 10%) & you get 12 weeks to pay your lay-by off instead of 6 weeks. Very handy.

Cheap but low quality.it is just your average cheap store but the difference is that the parking is horrible

Ive always been treated with respect by the staff here and a smile is offered easily by most. I do find it hard to get service in the dvd area at times though. They have good deals on dvds but sometimes they are hard to find.

I try to shop here from time to time!
I live that they're open till 9pm most nights as I'm a late shopper most of the time. They have a great range of iteme. Lots to look at and lots to choose from

Big W is a great store if you just want to have a wander around and see what you might need or want. They have heaps of variety and choice. Some really good bargains available too.

great place to shop. i come here atleast once a week if not more. they have a great range of products everything from babies to bbq's. great prices and the staff are very polite. and they do offer lay by

I find shopping in big stores intimidating, add crowds and I can't cope. I made a happy discovery that the early part of the day, just after opening is ideal. Very quiet and the staff are not yet harassed. Without difficulty I found some garments I needed that were very cheap, so all round I came away a satisfied customer. Nice central location, close to public transport is a big plus.

At Big w Ballarat l fined all my needs great price friendly staff big range to pick from ladies children mens household items camping travel needs too. lots of parking and walk to the bridge mall shops too

i shop here quite often and find that there prices are pretty good and the staff are sometimes helpful depending on who you get some people seem like they dont want to be there and have better things to do with there life
the other day one of the was quite rude! i was waiting to be served and was in a bit of a hurry but the checkout chick was too busy chatting away at a friend instead of serving others yes it good to chat to customers but when there is a line fairly bit at your check out you could cut the chat time down a little bit
