sorry big w but i make no appoligises for ur last x mas lay by's,i paid off a cubby house which was $1000 and was so excited to recieve it only thing was on the 17th of december last yr the delivery man came and dropped off the WRONG ITEMI was beyong furious,i was told when i rang there was a stuff up for everyone who ordered the cubby and i would get both so i took the swing set and never heard back from u guys,what a disgrace that your such a big store and do that to people leaving them standed right before christmas.needless to say i try not to shop with u anymore,I very disgrunted customer.

I love Big W Blacktown but have stopped shopping there due to the rudeness off the lady at the service desk who is so rude and Management have been informed by many people and they continue to allow her to operate at the front of the store.

The staff are always helpful and they will go out of there way and there is no problem with returns if the product is not suitable

Very good variety of products with very reasonable prices. But floor service (staff on the floor) need to be improved for a bettr customer satisfaction.

I think they need more floor staff so if you need to ask a question you can find someone easily in that department. As far as price and quality goes, you can't beat Big W.

A place to shop with best prices and plenty choice only thing not much staff to get some advice but good valuve for money.
