shopping here is easy, we only shop once every 3 months but every time we shop we spend a minimum $300. we always buy laundry powder in bucket, body wash in big 1000 liter container, and dvd's were at a good price too and huge selection.

This Big W is quite interesting. They have a wide variety of clothes, some of the best I have seen for women, at a very low price. Their baby items always seem to be amongst the cheapest and best quality too. I'd recommend to anybody.

Customer Service and Price were great. I would go again to shop there.
Everything was very much organised. Most of the things were cheaper than other big stores and I manage to find the things at the best price.

I can not say much for the other departments, but on two separate occasions I was spoken to very rudely by a woman in her 50s who works at the home entertainment counter on weekdays, she refused to serve me with a dvd purchase because I was also wanting to purchase another item. Yes, the prices are usually better at big w, but this woman's service was terribly rude
