the customer service here seems to be depleting quite badly as of late . went in to purchase a tv . and as we couldnt find the one advertised in the current catalogue at the time we went up to the service desk in the electronics section , at that time no one was waiting , we got a bad case of the invisible customer treatment had 4 staff members walk in there either looked at us and said nothing and walked off or had a staff member go up to someone else that had been waiting alot less time then us then serve them then walk off . it wasnt untill i cracked at the poor customer service that we finally got served . over all i thought it was appalling .

I absolutely love this store! The Big W franchise always has fantastic products at affordable prices but this is my favourite store by far! The customer service is amazing, and it is never hard to find a staff member on the floor if you are looking for help.

would shop there again for a bargain any day I find it hard to walk past most items without buying I love that Its a one stop shop for everything even photos its the only place I get my photos printed

my experience was great as i had a staff member come and ask me if i needed help which was very reassuring and comforting.

As with kmart, target. this is another great store to get just about anything. so if you going shopping and are not sure what you are want start here at it has just about everything

Very good store lay-out, everything was easy to find. Big selection of clothing and books, great prices and very friendly and helpful staff. The checkouts move very quick making shopping time more pleasant also.

Service was a little poor, too many customers to not enough staff members - however products we great and check out service was a little above average

i shop a big w because they are affordable. they also stock a wide variety of products. the shop is centrally located and has good parking. i particularly like their range of childrens clothes.

These guys stock a huge range of playstation and xbox games the kids draqg me there for them! The range of footwear and clothes is awesome and the gardening section is beaut! I find all sorts of bargains at big w from chocolate to toilet paper!
