we went here for our honeymoon , wasn't a flash apartment but a nice one . they originally booked us on the third floor but when we asked if it was possible to have a higher room as it was our honeymoon they happily gave us a room on the 12th floor . apartment was great and so was the service . but we did however hate their underbuilding parking it was a nightmare to get in and out of , but you would be ok if you have a small sized car .

the customer service here seems to be depleting quite badly as of late . went in to purchase a tv . and as we couldnt find the one advertised in the current catalogue at the time we went up to the service desk in the electronics section , at that time no one was waiting , we got a bad case of the invisible customer treatment had 4 staff members walk in there either looked at us and said nothing and walked off or had a staff member go up to someone else that had been waiting alot less time then us then serve them then walk off . it wasnt untill i cracked at the poor customer service that we finally got served . over all i thought it was appalling .

these guys give great customer service , the items they sell are top quality . i would be more then happy to shop there again . had a lady greet me as soon as i walked in the door and was more then happy to offer me any assistance i needed

we went into this telstra shop last year , inregards to an issue we had with a telstra modem amonst other things as well. after being treated like an doormat by the customer service operator who seems more interested in going on his lunch break then servicing us and fixing the problems we had .

above and beyond customer service , an awesome meal you just cant beat . definately the best chinesse restaurant in bundaberg. i always have thoroughly enjoyed dining here at the white china restaurant
