Staff are very rude and negative attitude.
When you see their body language, that really make you feel bad. You will be upset automatically when you ask for help.
Because they don't really respect customer service and always think negative to customers.
I hope they should change their negative behaviour as soon as possible and build customer relationship management CRM strategy that will keep them good reputations in publicity.

I've been shopping at big w for a long time and they have changed over the years but there service still remains as great as it has ever been. I've bought and returned numerous products and have had no problems with the staff taking them back. Some returned because they were faulty and other things because I just didn't want them anymore. Big W staff are very understanding and are very helpful. Although the quality of their products are not "WOW" the price you pay for them is understandable. I still continue to shop there as I have not had a problem in over 10 years! Good job Big W

I walked into this store yesterday and bought cheap things, but they soon broke as I used it the first time but I guess you get you pay for.

I would still buy more stuff in big w but the item I bought yesterday was a complete disaster.

Here is a nightmare story. I know not all BIG W's are like this.
I rang to see if a product from the sports section was available. It was in their catalogue but as i have bad knees, the effort to go places is maximum and I need to know that my efforts are not in vain. I was assured that there was plenty of these items available but asked if I coulf have it brought to the front desk and I would be in that afternoon at 2pm. I arrived on time, was told they did not have it at front desk, and sent word to the manager of that section to find the item. 32 min LATER, i was told that there was no stock. I asked for the manager of the store and waited for another 15 min. I do not go away easy. She then apologised and told me that there was nothing they could do. I was not happy. I asked them to get the itme and deliver it free as I had been wrongly dealt with and my time was wasted. I was not offered this and spoke in no uncertain measure of how pooor the service was from top to bottom in this place. I went the next day to another BIG W store and received the best service with a seat and a help back to my car. I did report this Campsie store to the head office and received nothing. Come on little businesses, you can beat the socks off the big fellows if you give good service.

you are very right. i live right next to it, and i always go there because it's so convenient . BUT the service is shocking!! so many staff people there and i don't even know what they are doing!! they couldn't be bothered helping anyone. + a lot of the boxes on their shelves are open and items are stolen out of them, cant they see them?!?
