Staff are not particularly friendly at this store, I find.
The store is always fairly clean and tidy, and they have some great products.
I think they must get quite a few shoplifters, as when you look at all of the staff on the floor, they all look as though they are watching the customers out of the corner of their eye, and often go and chat to other workers as if they are sussing customers out. Just an observation, but it makes for a bit of an uncomfortable shopping experience!

This store is good, it is very big and has a great range of products at competitive prices. However, it's always a mess. People put clothes back where they shouldn't be etc, it seems as though they don't have enough staff on. Also they now have a self serve section, which is fantastic however, they need to ensure staff is there at all times to check credit signatures and remove security tags from clothes and cds etc. There's nothing worse than going through self serve only to be left waiting longer then going through a normal checkout.

Nice place for shopping. Place is clean and tidy. Staffs also friendly and helpful. Never had a bad experience there. Will visit again if there are some items on special that I after.

Wanted to take advantage of the school stationery sales and was very disappointed. The range was fairly limited and the quality wasn't very high either. However, the stationery is near the dvds and that range and prices were excellent.

Great to purchase your bulk buy nappies, washing powders, fabric softeners, toilet papers and shampoos. Also good for other toiletries, clothes prices are great, and plentyful in supply.

This store is great for their Sound/Electronics area. I buy most of my DVDs here as their prices are the best. However it's very busy even midweek during the day. Sometimes you can wait for ages just to check if an item is in stock and then if they're too busy they refuse to check for you. I was told the database is on the computer 'out the back' and because it was so busy they couldn't leave the desk to find out.

Their specials are excellent but you better be waiting at the door on the first day of the sale as they only carry a few of the hot items and sell out within minutes.

I had to return something but had lost the receipt. The refund person I spoke with had a terribly rude manner. He wanted photo ID but as I did not have any on me at that time the refund was refused. As I'd bought it that same day (just hours earlier) on credit card I suggested the sale be verified against the register transactions, but he refused to do that. I then spoke with a supervisor - she issued the refund. His handling of that situation put me off that store so much that I havent been back.

I don't have a very pleasant experience with this store and iin my opinion, it could benefit a lot from customer service training sessions. On several occassions, marked prices did not match scanned prices, and once even after checking the price on the shelves, the cashier refused to charge the correct price. Also, there was one particular woman checking bags as people left the store, who was unfriendly, almost nasty. She wouldn't smile at all and seemed more like an oldmaid teacher of the olden days checking students fingernails. She left a bad taste in the mouth and several times when I considered going back and she was on duty, I simply did not go.

Great Value for money when it comes to buying the things you want and need! Dvds are a must here, cause it's cheap!
