*Update October 2022**
Had a phone appointment, the time came and went, then the call came through 45 minutes later and I missed it. They sent me a message saying I have to now pay a fee before I can ever book an appointment again. Attempted to book a phone appointment today, which they declined and cancelled due to the fee owing. How is this fair?
This plus the removal of bulk billing for all patients, I think it is time to finally find a new GP for myself and my two children. Such a pity as Bryce was there for the birth of my now nearly 13 year old son at the Angliss.

---
I've been coming here for nearly 12 years now.
The doctors are fantastic, particularly Dr Kimberley.
However recently I've felt the receptionists are really ruining the caring feel of the centre.
Twice now I've come 15 minutes early for an appointment, which happened to be during lunch time when the nurses sit at reception and lock the front door to have their lunch. This is FINE, however, I'm not sure if they are aware that you can hear EVERYTHING they say and laugh about easily from the other side of the front door.
As I approached the door today I hear "we're clooooosed" in a loud and snarky voice, then someone comment saying "I wish people would just read the hours", followed by laughter.
Someone then opened the door to tell me they are all having lunch and to wait outside. Minutes later, two separate elderly patients arrive and are let in as I sit in my car.
It really shows that there is a snarky gossipy culture when patients aren't around, which is really disappointing as the building has some amazing doctors.
I'm really unsure whether I will continue on as a patient now.

I've been a dedicated MyLayby customer for around 5 years, and have thrown them hundreds of dollars in orders over the years.
They have been fantastic, until the last 6 months.

Suddenly, they started charging a postage fee for large items, when they never did before. Ok, I can't handle that I guess.
Then, I would almost be finished paying off an order, and then log in to see I suddenly owe $50 more than I did the day before. I contacted them and they said I hadn't paid the order off within a sale timeframe so it went up in price. Um ok, that was a one off I guess. Then it happens again. I'm $8 away from paying off a bike for my son, I log in the next day, and it now says I'm $55 dollars away from paying it off! And my weekly payments jumped from $2.87 to $18, with no email about the change, or why it changed.

I immediately cancelled all my orders and requested a refund, as I just can't rely on the company anymore,or trust that they aren't adding amounts to my orders without permission anymore. I'm sad to say, as they HAD been fantastic, but their tactics seem sneaky these days.

Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, but if you DO use them, keep a very close eye on the amounts you have owing, and take screenshots every now and then to keep track.

I'm undecided if I will take this further with the ACCC, as I've now lost money from having to pay cancellation fees etc.

Very poor service, would not recommend at all.
Booked for parcel delivery, came on a Wednesday and dropped a card at the door (that's fine), re-booked online for redelivery today (Friday) and also ticked for the item to be left at the door, but have come home today to see it's been carded again and now wont be delivered until next week. This was an urgent delivery, and now Monday will be too late.
Being a morning delivery this morning, there was a chance it could go out in the afternoon truck, but no, no one at the office got this to happen, despite calling the driver while he was packing the truck for the afternoon run.
No one on the phone was of any help (called 3 times and spoke to 3 different girls), and no one made any effort to make things happen, or get the parcel out today. Very disappointing.

Sadly, The Reject Shop are becoming pricey. They should be significantly cheaper than Target and Kmart, or Coles, yet some of the products are as expensive or even more.
This store has been in Box Hill as long as I can remember. A large store, with a great range.
I find there are not always enough staff, and it can be hard to find someone to give you a hand.
It is a pity the store is not in the new part of Box Hill Central, it is a bit out of the way down the end of the foodcourt.
I prefer now to go to the Forest Hill store.

Absolutely love this place. I come here with my child, my and grandmother every month.
Spacious seating area, and not too noisy even when it is packed. There is also an enclosed outdoor area with a little fish pond, which is fantastic for taking the kids outside to after lunch, and you can sit and have a coffee or a piece of cake.
The twin grain fed steak meal is to DIE FOR. The Japanese gyoza entree is also delicious.
This is out go to place for taking our multi generation family, where we can guarantee everyone will be happy with their meal!
The staff have always been friendly and accomodating.

So odd that this store is still open, being in such a little shopping centre that has no other brand name type shops - although it is growing.
However, the service is good, and although a small store, they have a great range of products.
Prices are reasonable for purchasing games from a physical store like this, although I do find that they cannot always compete with online prices.
Store is fairly neat and tidy, great staff.

Have found them unfriendly on the few occasions we have gone there.
Much bickering by management/workers coming from the back area, and looks like a tense environment.
There used to be a lovely older lady working there around 2009 but it went downhill after she left.
I don't go here anymore. The prices have increased, and although the workmanship good, it is just not a good atmosphere.

Finding a table initially was difficult. We first went inside, but it was far too noisy, so decided to sit outside.
The waitress was fantastic, friendly, and made the time to welcome us properly wishing rushing us to pick something off the menu.
The meals took close to 40 minutes to come out at 1pm on a Friday, a bit longer than expected but it was extremely busy.
Our food was fantastic and could not be faulted (risotto and butter chicken).
Coffee was amazing, we happily had seconds.
This is not a quiet place to come with gran, it has a much more busy, youthful vibe. Maybe it has its quiet times... Will have to check it out another day.

Disappointed. I went to this branch recently to ask about seeing a financial advisor for advice on what to do with my savings. The teller asked personal details about how much money and what I wanted to do and why (fair enough to a degree) but was insensitive and rude when discussing the amount of savings I had stating "I'm not sure you can do much with that".
I ended up making an appointment at another branch who were fantastic and made me feel like an important customer, despite how much money I have today (single mum - one income).
I won't be going back to this branch despite it being my local.
