I love big w really it is one of my favorite shopping places. I used to check it every week or two @max . also when my family came from overseas I took them to big w so they had most of their shopping list done :) . also very good service and stuff

Great store, wide variety & plenty of bargains. Love the $9.96 books suited for all ages & all interests. Clothes are generally pretty cheap & store is pretty clean for such a big place. Shelves are always stoked full & bargains & clearance items always in abundance! The lay by section can never do enough for you & they have a public toilet vailable which is great if you are pregnant, elderly, have children with you or are just generally busting to go. They also have benches for you to take a break on located through the store so you can sit & have a break as you go.

Although Big W have great prices and specials their cloths are often not good quality, but I guess you get what you pay for. There never seems to be enough staff, especially on the registers, though self service check out (which is a fantastic idea) has made it easy to buy what you want and get out quickly. Good range of chocolate, lollies, linen and home wares though staff are not very knowledgeable or helpful. Will shop there again simply to save money. THEY NEED MORE AUSTRALIAN MADE PRODUCTS!

Staff around the store seem like they dont want to be there most of the time. Still value for money and Id return to great prices, but thats about it.

Always oustanding for value, service and variety. However it is often hard to find things displayed in the catalogue.

Service from the staff is pretty poor and the store is quite often a untidy - they never seem to have anything that's in the catalogue either

Some of the specials can be really great, but a lot of the time, you can go on the 2nd day of the special and they are sold out, which can be REALLY annoying, especially if you are wanting a few different things and they are all sold out!

Don't have any problems with staff hassling you while you are shopping, but it can be a pain if you actually want to talk to someone about something or find out if they are getting it back in stock etc.

Has a very wide variety of DVD's which are very cheap too. The Games can also be very cheap in comparison to others.

not enough staff at registers like always. Have to wait for ages. When you can find staff they are usually helpful. Always find a bargain there.

Always been a great store to shop at, easy to find things and the service is good. The last time i went was to get school clothes for my son and the jogging pants and matching jumpers were excellent value
