big w have a somewhat small selection of books but are definitely the cheapest around especially on best sellers and kids books. Baby clothes are very competitively priced. They do however need to improve there number of staff at layby when large sales are on.

U can never find anyone to help you. I find that the price scanners never work. But I have noticed that they have more people at the registers now and you dont have to que long

I have found the staff here to be discourteous and unhelpful at times. There have been more than one times where I have seen this and it has been very upsetting. On the upside, you are sometimes able to find a bargain!
