Store was well laid out - easy to find products searching for. Staff helpful and courteous. They have a great range of goods from clothes, makeup, shoes, CD's, games, gardening tools and products, household appliances and dog and cat food.

My experience isn't so much about shopping there, though I did love most every experience I had there. However I used to work there, and still continuing my work but in another store, I found some many differences in morale and the quality of the people.
To say the least, Big W Gawlers Management is highly commendable, however they have made a poor choice in judgement allowing that age old supervisor to maintain her job after constant complaints by staff and customers. If the SDA ever has to be called in once about an employee, something should be done about it.

Always find a bargin at Big W, they are the cheapest store for baby formula, nappies, etc.. It is a very clean and tidy store

great bargains, a bright place to shop. lots of variety aomething for all tasts and budgets. They have a great lay by system and there christmas toy sale is comming up, so heaps of great buys to be found.

Big w gawler has a great range of products. You can get in out of the sore quick not like some stores you line up for every. There baby section is great clean and tidy so you can find what you need easy. The price's are great.

This Big W is pretty poor in the customer service department, in particular the Lay-By section. They try really hard not to acknowledge you and find plenty of other thing to do so they dont have to serve you. If you do manage to get served, chances are they'll lose some or all of your lay-by. Roll on Target I say, might make them pull their socks up!
