Nothing wrong with this BigW store, the staff are always helpful, the store is clean and tidy. There is always something to look at. The only negative I have come across is that with the self service I have purchased items with a security tag and forgotten to get it taken off, they have always taken it off for me when I have returned. It is a bit annoying having to go back to the store for this, my fault sometimes but their security system must be pretty slack.

The staff are generally pretty good but I've had a couple of occasions where the service has been poor. As for value for money, you can get many items for a good price but some of the cheaper products really are just cheap and nasty. Layby department in my experience is really poor and needs a better management. When attempting to pick up a larger item from the loading dock I rang the bell 3 times and still no one came so ended up ringing the store to ask for someone to attend. Then they couldn't find the layby item for quite some time. Once they found it I noticed a piece missing which meant another wait while they searched for that. On setting up the item at home discovered another piece missing. The customer service person I spoke to about this was very helpful however and most apologetic. The toilets could also use a bit of an upgrade. Overall though, most staff members are quite pleasant and helpful and I do like the self serve checkouts.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Store is always kept clean and tidy. If you cant find something they will even contact another store to see if they have stock.

the people that work at this big w are awesome and they are extremely helpful. they almost always have things that we need in store orcan refer us to another place to get the same item

Big W Gawler is quite a nice shop to shop in with lots of good priced clothing and household items

You can always find things that you don't need at affordable prices. The staff are helpful and friendly

Very tidy store some staff seem more interested in talking to one another but are willing to help you if you ask but some dont always know what they are doing so may be pretty unhelpful

This is a nice, new store, where the staff are friendly and helpful. This is the store to come to when there is a Big W catalogue with excellent specials, yet they have run out of stock in the metropolitan stores. They always have ample stock of special items at Gawler!
