As you'd expect with any Big W store. Shelves are mostly stocked well and stock is easy to find. I like the self serve check outs, but can't stand the lady who chases me down if I don't show her in my bag on the way out.

great value for money for kids clothes, some great bargains at the moment and that helps when you are on a tight budget

I had lost my daughters Leap frog game about 2 weeks ago and had assumed that it was somewhere at home. I dropped into Big W yesterday and stopped to see Deborah at the customer service counter and she remembered me and had kept it aside for me cause she saw me with it at Big W 2 weeks prior.
What service, I just had to give her a hug. Good people do exist.

Big W has a wide range of products. We usually purchase clothing or household goods however Bi W has everything we need for our new baby so we regularly shop here now. Products are a good price and quality

i was so impressed with the quality of the childrens clothing, particularly sleepwear and shoes, and the value was great, definitely saved monies especially on school trackies and sandshoes

good customer service, good set out store, lots of variety and stock a lot of on sale products... meaning if you don't get there at the start of the sale you will often be able to pick up the sale items well into the following week!

Very helpful staff at any time of the day or night, regularly go to the midnight sales. Store is clean and set out in an easy to find order! Also self service is a gr8 idea!!!

Love the new check out system which is great for people in hurry. I never have to wait for long :-) always have a huge range of stock and a lot of sales within the store.

good staff, ok service decent range, like the layout, good spaciouis not a large electronic componet apart from tvs and dvds blurays not enogh. generally cheaper than other stores.

I really think that big W should get some more sale assistants because i cant ever find some one to help me.
