My dish was so salty n hardly any food on my plate. My husband ordered a clay pot dish which had more shells than meat. They didn't even provide the cutlery for cracking the shells until halfway thru the meal.
BTW, as we were leaving, we saw another couple leaving with disgust too. Who gave them these awards?

I had lost my daughters Leap frog game about 2 weeks ago and had assumed that it was somewhere at home. I dropped into Big W yesterday and stopped to see Deborah at the customer service counter and she remembered me and had kept it aside for me cause she saw me with it at Big W 2 weeks prior.
What service, I just had to give her a hug. Good people do exist.

The ladies at National Pharmacies in Blackwood are great. I always find a friendly face here and they are so helpful. There are a couple of odd ones who are not so nice but a majority of them are fantastic. I always appreciate the pharmacists help too. I am very happy to be a member. Thank you

I was at Hungry Jack's last week and I had to wait for 12 minutes to pick up my order. In the end I got a sorry and that's it. I thought that my meal should've been comped. McDonalds does.

I was there today to purchase a webcam but the service or lip service I received was uncalled for. THere was someone with another client and I had a quick question so I asked her when she had a minute I would love to chat with her. Her comment was duh, I am busy at the moment. She was even rude to the client she was with. I looked for someone else but no one was interested in talking to me. SO I LEFT. Went to OfficeWorks and received ample help.

I love Adele at the dry cleaners. She is so kind, funny and helpful and very honest. Sometimes I leave money in the clothes which I leave with her and she always returns them. She is an absolute gem. Thank you Adele.

My husband bought me 2 gift certificates to this horrible place cause it was a 1 stop shop. Had my nails done first. The girl was obviously not interested in doing it. She kept talking to others around her than her customer. I was so disgusted, I didn't want it to ruin the rest of my day. So I left wanting to book the following appt for a massage another day.I missed the expiry date by a few days so I called and spoke to the owner to see what she could do for me. She told me that it was an accounting issue now and that she had to speak with her accountant first and that she will call me back. No return call for a few days. So I called her but she wouldn't take my call. Once I was outside her salon having coffee and called her to give her the benefit of the doubt but she clearly told the receptionist that she wanted to fob me off. That was uncalled for. I have told all my friends this and WILL NEVER got there again.

I have always been very happy with this library. There are some sour plums working there but overall great. Especially Ildi, we all love her.

Most of the staff are great but the creche is disgusting. When I first joined they had craft activities and all sorts of stuff but now it's the 'Idiot Box' (TV) on all the time. My child doesn't want to go to the creche cause it's no fun for him anymore. Please stop trying to cut down on cost.

Adele is a treasure for this store. She always remembers you and her service is great. She is a kind woman and very helpful.
