Staff are fantastic and will help point you in the right direction. Lady that looks after security and welcomes customers is very friendly. Self-service checkout points are a novelty!

A fairly decent Big W Store in the city, when i went there they had the DVD i was looking ford and i found it easy to locate the section in the store. The checkout was quick and the girl at the checkout was friendly.

This Big W is massive! it has pretty much everything you need plus alot more which eqauls good! the service is really impressive due to the vastness of the store and i was quiet pleased with it! Will be back!

i like my big w's its like having a target and a kmart in one shop - with a little hardware section also - this place doesn't offen dissapoint -for inner city its huge! and they have just about everything you need for the home
