I like it because it is good location, it's just opposing Melb Central and underneath the QV, just don't enter from the Woolworths end because it's crazy busy, there a entrance from Swanston

Ordered in a Wii game for my nephew as it was out of stock at the time. Originally told it could take up to 4 weeks for it to come in. Within 3 days of ordering it in, it was in the store and the staff kindly put it aside for me for a couple of days until I could return to the store to pick it up

I went to Big W last week as i was already in the city that day, to buy some leggings and they were pretty good value but they didn't have much variety in leggings, they only had one kind but they were still very nice, the service was great and the staff were very friendly i was very happy with the customer service. The staff were very well mannered and polite.

Since Big W is introduced in Melbourne. I have been visiting this store for at least once a week. it is not necessary for me to buy things but love to go to the shop and of course, after a number of window shopping trip down to Big W, i naturally will buy something because of getting some bargains.

Big W is good on price and provides you with good savings. Layout of items can sometimes be confusing e.g. trying to find that DVD in the catalogue but staff are always willing to help

Store is massive and there are many staff you can call on when needed. Great choice and now with the creation of the optometrist services there is even more of a reason to shop here.

It's so convenient to go shopping there because you can almost find anything that you are looking for. So it's just a one stop shopping spot. It's great!

We find Big W a big value for money store with heaps of savings. Do keep an eye on latest catalogues and you too can save a lot by getting in early. Staff here is usually helpful and would point you in right direction.

Great Big W store but atrocious service - when i went there was absolutely noone about to help you and a visit to the service desk still took about ten minutes for someone to finally get to me.

A huge store with everything you could possibly need for around the house, heaps of fitness equipment and home wares and all at very reasonable prices, I try to get in whenever I can.
