Its a good sized store, not usually packed during the day, so its more pleasant to shop in that macarthur square. Good range mostly, however some items for bizarre reasons go out of stock it seems...ie. lamps were not stocked for 12 months.......no apparent reason.......when i asked they said they dont stock lamps anymore - of any kind - for no known reason. Then 12 months later, lamps were back on the shelves. weird. Otherwise, all good. The new self-service aids getting out of there quicker!

Big w Narellan is a great place to shop.They have a wide variety of different items to buy and the sales staff are very helpful to.

Great size store. Has great layout, although a little messy at times. A little under staffed however the staff they do have are friendly.

Always manage to find what I need. Some areas are bit messy but if you know the shop layout and what you are looking for you can go straight to the right area. If you don't know the layout can take a bit of time to find the right location. Not alot of staff on the floors but when you find one they are helpful.

Great store, so much easier to shop there than at Campbelltown store as it's always pretty quiet except at peak times of course. Helpful staff and great discounts.
