Phil has been pole vaulting since he was a young boy in Argentina. Currently he is the 55-59 age group Bronze Medal holder in the World Masters. He is the national champion for his age group. One of his athletes has recently been approached by the Australian Institute of Sport. Phil is completely dedicated to developing his athletes to reach the highest levels of competition available to them.

Sensei Ashley makes this senior belt class challenging. Learn alot of new moves and practice using them in real life role play during sparring. Wake up bit sore but you know you have had a good work out.

Been to this centre twice to set up accounts. Happy with the speed of service and customer service.

Service can vary depending on who is serving you. Some occasions I've been served promptly and with much fussing other times its been a bit "ho hum". Glasses are ok quality for the price you pay but dont expect them to last 10+ years. My last pair (not purchased at SpecSavers) lasted over 10 years, never any problems. One of the pairs I purchased at SpecSavers the screws came out within about 6 months. I was advised this is common and to be expected with my prescription (quite strong). Not sure ... my last pair didn't suffer from this but then they cost double the price for one pair so that may explain it - better quality. I can't complain, the glasses do the job and I receive alot of good comments about both pairs.

Always manage to find what I need. Some areas are bit messy but if you know the shop layout and what you are looking for you can go straight to the right area. If you don't know the layout can take a bit of time to find the right location. Not alot of staff on the floors but when you find one they are helpful.

Been attending this church for about 5 years. The leadership is strong, ethical and has integrity. The people who attend are warm and welcoming. Lots of emphasis on family, being strong in the word and developing your personal relationship with God.
