They have just done it up so it's a little hard to find what your looking for. prices can be a little dearer than other stores. But staff are friendly.

Great services and store products. The only problem we had was that the store is in the process of being renovated and alot of the stuff is really hard to find due to being all over the place and not in the usual place. I think that signs need to be placed around the building to ensure that products can be found easily. Will be great once finished.

Not as much variety as other large department stores. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall it's what you would usually expect from this type of store.

Recently I was trying to find a specific Baby book/photo album and after calling Big W they advised they had it and would hold it for me. There was no hassle and it was there waiting when I arrived to pick it up. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the store in general represents great value for money.

The hotel is the oldest in Sydney and it brews its own beers at the premises( other local beers on tap, too)The hotel has good old English pub like atomosphere and attracts locals as well as tourists. The restaurant upstair is pricey but nice, too.

big w is excellent for value for money. they have great cheap clothing and even lollies. they don't have much in the range of baby furniture though, but make up for it in toys and baby needs. cheap photo developing too
