How bad am I ?
I broke my iphone and I needed an emergency replacement at 7pm at night. I googled the best phone deals and shot right down to pick up my choice. Staff were most helpful, as I am not a phone smarty. The Staff assisted me to pick what best suited my needs, great job !

Approximate cost: $Very affordable

This store has Value for money with alot of different items to choose from. They seem to be getting less electronics and I don't like there price stations because they never seem to be working. The staff are mostly helpful but we usually have a long wait in the electronics department.

Very good staffing at present. I went in for a few items and came out with a lot more. the nice lady standing at the door saw that I was struggling with my basket and went and got me a trolley. Very friendly staff and at least they are around to help you. only qualm I have is they should have more checkouts open with the christmas period upon us. The line ups sometimes are shocking and the self serve line ups are just as bad but I guess can be expected this time of year.

Approximate cost: $50.00

Big W is located on the side closest to the train traxks and the Woolworths branded petrol station. Salisbury Big W is well layed out with wide paths for easy walking access. Unlike other department stores there was no clothing laying around on the floor. The staff were friendly and knowledgable about what's where in the store and surrounding competitors. I ended up purchasing a black Nike cap for under $20.

Approximate cost: $19.95

There is a certain supervisor who really makes me feel uncomfortable every time I go through the self serve checkouts when I have my twin boys with me in the pram. makes me feel like a criminal and always has her eyes glued to me and asks in a sarcastic way to check my baby bag. I buy alot of stuff from this place especially having twins and do not appreciate being looked down upon. She should lighten up. Give us mums with prams a fair go and not make us feel so so uncomfortable. If I see that she is on duty I prefer to go through the normal checkouts just so I do not get the once over from her!!!!

I shop at big w regularly. I find they have everything I need especially when shopping for my baby. I love the self service option as there is usually no waiting.
