Greeter at front of store also checks bags on leaving. Hard to find staff if you have a question regarding stock. They do price check for you and they usually are the cheapest. Store is easy to navigate and they have a variety of stock including garden area.

I had wanted to buy a giant inflatable thong from Big W, as I was not keen on paying $50 for a Havaiana one from a surf shop.
There were none left at the spot where they were on display, so I'd asked a worker if there were more. She had said that there were none out the back, and instead of sending me away empty-handed, she organised someone to sell me a display!

went in to find a specific toy and when i asked the sales assistant for help as she was busy talking to her work mates i could tell she was annoyed as i'd taken her away from her conversation and very rudely told me where to find them when i said sorry which aisle i just got an annoyed look very very rude it would have taken her 10 seconds to show me where to find instead i walked out empty handed

I just wanted to start off with the door man, always dressed in a suit always looking a million dollars and soo friendly, makes you feel welcome when you walk in, alot of stores don't have that, secondly there is a fitting room lady ( short skinny blonde in late to early 40's) that is ALWAYS cheer full, friendly and help full, I like to see her on more often, you need more staff like your door man and that lady in the store, makes shopping a great experience there.

A well stocked store where the quality of the clothing is only average for the price. Service is good when you can find it and value for money good. I wouldn't buy clothes there, but I would go there for household

Good store consistent with others in the chain. Nice location. Easy store to navigate. Great range. Generally competitive pricing.

Going to Big W was a weekly trip for me and my son, until I realised that they had increased the price of his brand of formula by $3.50 in a week. When I asked the sales lady about it she told me I didn't know what I was talking about, and when I showed her a receipt from the previous week, she snatched it off me and threw it in the bin behind her. Also now they have taken the 'credit' option away from visa debit cards so it really is no cheaper than going to another store. SO DISAPPOINTING

Variety of items to choose from at a reasonable price. Very friendly staff willing to help you in anyway.
