Rude staff no stock on the opening of Sale day, unhelpful staff. No online laybuy with pick up in store like Target, Charge over the top prices. No Rain check,

I have found most of the staff at Big W are friendly and helpful, there are a few in the electronics section that seem very disinterested and not very helpful and I would agree that sometimes they have stuff on special which is not available.

Horrible customer service, advertised stock often unavailable, staff are unhelpful and disinterested, very untidy store constantly and you never see anyone doing anything to rectify the situation.
