I went to this store this morning. I had my son run away from me through the automated registers and I left money behind in the machine. I returned to the front of the store to find my money only to be very rudely told that my money cannot be returned to me. I am not happy with the service I received and won't be returning to this store.

We went to Big W last week to buy a particular kettle that we wanted to buy. It was higher priced than Harvey Norman and when we spoke to the service desk staff they price matched it to that of Harvey Norman. Well done Big W, it was nice to save some money on an essential everyday item.

This is the store to sho at if you need makeup or even a bike. The service is pretty good and the prices are excellent. My bike cst me $130 reduced from $220. Tey have a great range of makeu from the too brands like Revlon or Maybelline.

Big w has almost all of the objects and items that I've ever required from a business. I love their book and entertainment departments along with spending hours of browsing in their clothing department. There is such a wide range of items at such great prices.

I was running late for work had only 15min to run in a buy a pair of shoes ,I was in and out in 10min. Service was great very helpful and quick .I actually found what I was looking for That makes a change. Iloved the big signs easy to see where i had to go

Great price value for the products. Staff are great to help when asked for advice. The service standards are fine as the prices are good every day.

I buy alot of kids gaming products from big w.When sales are on they usually have the best prices.They had a great end of summer clothing sale today i got some great stuff for next summer.A pair of bikinis marked down from 20dollars to 3dollars.Great shoe line.Great kids clothing line really cool stuff.staff are always very helpful.

Good for stuff but the staff suck, they don't know where anything is , and I reckon they run away from you. I think their service really suck and they have made it worse with 'self serve' counters

The quality of the prints was excellent but the software system that Big W use isnt the easiest to use, particularly with photo books. You can now do them from home though so thats much better now.
