Great store, huge range, friendly staff, and an easy location. Plenty to chose from at pretty good prices.

This is just another store that I just go to if I really need something. I find the layout confusing and the staff members are not that helpful. Although the prices are generally good the whole experience can be a little stale.

Awesome store. The staff are very helpful. I buy nearly all my DVDs from here as after shopping around they pretty much always end up being cheaper. They get some really nice home deco items in as well, which go really well as presents.

Big store with great range of products. They have almost everything at very affordable prices. The home brand products are especially great value for money.

Great prices, however I find the store to be rather unorganised. Especially the boys clothing - seems that things are just thrown on racks, makes it so hard to find what you are looking for.

Great big department store. Lots to choose from and heaps of variety. I love the photo lab. The guys there are so helpful and will spend ages with you assisting with your processing. I also love the layout of each different department. It makes finding things so easy.

i shop at big w almost every week ,i love it now that you can use the self service to scan ur items ;it takes the small talk out of your purchase.

my daughter had to ask for help finding a game the staff went to all extremes and ended up finding one after fifteen mins.Great effort.

I love shopping at Big W Warrawong for all my baby needs. Nappies are priced very well and kids clothing is great and lasts! There are sales on alot of the time too. Plus I can practically get anything there I need for myself. They also take the Woolworths Reward cards.
