As a store Big W Winston Hills staff are inappropriate and rude. As a brand Big W ate negligent and overcharge for items that you can purchase from Woolworths. Complained to management at store and via head office with no response. Avoid this store !

Lots of staff on the floor but no one care about customer. During lockdown we are not sure what changed from before. Staff here are not explaining the difference but the only thing they shout: You are not allow to enter this area. Shocked and shamed by LGA BIG W Group!

Clean and tidy store, large variety and well mannered staff. Always a pleasure to shop at big w Winston Hills.

This is a smaller store than the one at North Ryde but the products sold are the same and cheap. It is also the nearest Big W to where I live so it is more convenient to come here to shop.

i bought a pool product and went home in the hot sun and tested out my product , it was faulty , and I drove from home all the way back in the heat, and i asked the lady for an other pool kit, and she told me to walk all the way to the back of the shop and get it my self. i said to her i am tired can she get a staff member to get it, she called other member of staff and embarrassed me by tell them to get the product because i said i am to tired she told 4 people out loud. why should i have to inconvenience my self more than i was by driving all the way back,the to top it off i have to walk all the way to the back of the stop and get the item my self, also i asked a man to get some one to the hose section, he called no one came, also i asked the girl on checkouts do i need to buy a hose part for the pump, she said no, its all in the box, get home and its only for USA people. had to come back and by the part

At Big W Winston Hills I find that they don't have enough check outs open and that they have the serve yourself which has put people out of work. I do shop at Big W alot as the prices are very cheap.

The shop is very well laid out. There is great lighting and very good choice and prices of products available. There is self serve check outs and also quick service on the manned registers.

Big W is great. they have everything. Most of the time if you cant find it here you go to a specialty shop. The have lots of specials. and every now and again they have in store promotions and giveaways. Last time i went the product i bought was on special and scanned up cheaper again. bargain!

My experience at big w is as always very good. i can go there and purchase items from a large variety of departments whether it be for me, my home, my kids or a great gift for someone
