I gave them my car for some reason the yanked off my microphone off the dash instead of washing around it they pulled so hard put two holes in dash. I had coolent in my boot for more than a year. It was completely empty and tip in my boot they park my car far from the wash place it was to dark to see the service when I got out in the light. It was still dusty around dash and speedo. For $40 I expected a better job. Had to go buy super glue to attach my microphone

They always cut my meat how i want , and it never a problem , if i want one whole topside cut two different ways
there meat is fresh and there staff is always smiling, never met any one there in 11 years to be rude

I went there and asked for a lock for the front door, went i got home i had to open the pack with scissors as it hard plastic ,after 20 minutes trying to work it out i found out it has no key, it was called a privacy lock something i never heard of, I called a girl at the shop named Ema i told her i open the pack is it ok if i exchange it, she said yes as long as i had the packet, I walked to the shop at the time the weather was cool, i got there filled out the paper work the other women in charge was willing to exchange it, then she said there was a missing piece, so i told her i will go home and get it, she said ok, when i get back i can exchange it, she saw the condition the packet was it, as she took it out a few times, i walked home got the pieces buy the time i walked back it was quite hot, then i get to the shop and i re fill out the paper work, and the same women came, then she change her mind and took it to the owner , who said i should have read the packet to know it was a privacy lock,i told him i never heard of that and did not know what it ment at the time and it not my fault as there worker gave it to me, then he said he can not resell it or send it back to the company, he will not so an exchange , i was so angry, and said first i called they said it ok it open, then that women sent me home for what, fun, now they say bad luck, very unfare and i lost $10 and i am only on a pension, they never even said sorry for sending me home for nothing, and there is no head office to complain about this

I WAS LOOKING FOR A CERTAIN TYPE OF NEEDLE I WENT TO LAYBY FOR HELP, THE LADY JUST POINTED TO WARE IT SHOULD BE WHEN I WAS ALREADY IN THE ILSE LOOKING, THEN AGAIN I WENT AND TOLD HER I CAN NOT FIND IT, SHE CALLED SOME STAFF TO HELP ME, THEN I WAS TOLD I HAD TO WALK 5 ILSE AWAY TO NUMBER 6 TO FIND SOME STAFF, TO HELP ME, THEN I WENT TO NUMBER 6 AND HAD TO WALK BACK TO ILSE 1 BACK TO NEEDLES FOR THE LADY TO HELP ME FIND IT,. THE STAFF SHOULD HAVE CAME TO ME, NOT ME WALK TO 6 AND THEN DOUBLE BACK,

i bought a pool product and went home in the hot sun and tested out my product , it was faulty , and I drove from home all the way back in the heat, and i asked the lady for an other pool kit, and she told me to walk all the way to the back of the shop and get it my self. i said to her i am tired can she get a staff member to get it, she called other member of staff and embarrassed me by tell them to get the product because i said i am to tired she told 4 people out loud. why should i have to inconvenience my self more than i was by driving all the way back,the to top it off i have to walk all the way to the back of the stop and get the item my self, also i asked a man to get some one to the hose section, he called no one came, also i asked the girl on checkouts do i need to buy a hose part for the pump, she said no, its all in the box, get home and its only for USA people. had to come back and by the part

they should have one person in each section to hang around always
