I located Bilingual via an advertsiement placed in the in flight Virgin magazine. At the time, my friends and I were looking for a meaningful and memorable item we could purchase for each other for our 30th birthdays. We all fell in love with the momento necklace and have since June 2012 purchased a total of 4 with more orders to come in 2013. Marta in particular, has gone above and beyond the call of duty in regards to looking after us.

I am delighted with my "orbit" ring! It was a present and was a little large at first, but Marta and Salvatore were extremely helpful in sending out a ring sizing instrument and replacing it with a smaller, perfectly fitting one - all free of charge and with very pleasant exchanges by email and telephone. I would certainly do business again with them and recommend them to friends.

I bought the family tree as a gift for my wife. She loves it. It takes pride of place on display. Everyone comments what a great idea and how fanstic it looks. Marta does a terriffic job following with questins and suggestions on how to make the tree look its best. Her service is also fantastic going out of her way to help.
