I love alfresco dining but it is rare with Chinese restaurants. I think they should because wok cooking can be very smoky & stuff up the air indoor. When I was in Perth. I happened to stumble on one. I ordered their Fried Seafood Ho Fun with Egg Sauce - very expensive but worth it. I also ordered their Chinese Tea at $1.00 per person free flow.

Approximate cost: $20

It was by accident I came to Billy Lee's. The free CAT bus alighted me opposite the Perth train station & I wandered aimlessly into a spacious alleyway. 3 out of 4 tables were occupied so I just sat down & ordered Chinese tea & Beef Brisket Rice with Vegetables - delicious & of a good portion. Will return.

Approximate cost: $15

We came here after visiting a nearby tapas place as weren't quite full. So this is an after dinner meal...

We ordered a Yong Chow Fried Rice and sliced fish with ginger and spring onion to share. The dishes were nice but I thought the sauce for the ginger and spring onion should not have been thickened (it's nicer if it's lighter with a soy-like consistency).

I would come back again.

There are also seats upstairs so dont' despair if it looks full.

Approximate cost: $18

this restaurant used to be the most famous Chinese restaurant in town and appeared in every tourist book.. but the standard has dropped and the dishes do not meet my standard for Chinese cuisine.

Approximate cost: $15-28

good cos it's open until early morning... but there are many places I'd sooner eat at. The service is fantastic but the food isn't anything to write home about. Basically this place is great for a midnight meal, but won't blow your mind

Approximate cost: $15

Was one of my favourite chinese restaurant before change of business. Now food doesn't taste as good and worth it's value. Amount per serving is not impressing either. Not really worth visiting unless after hours.

This restaurant used to be one of my favourite place mainly because the food are good. But I was dissapointed with my last visit as they were overcharged my bill. Apparently I heard several people saying that this restaurant tend to deliberately overcharged your bill. So if you were to eat there, I recommend that you double check your bill before you pay.
