One of the worst customer service I have experienced in their Hurstville store. I don't know about their other stores though. I've been to Hurstville store several times in the past as I used to live nearby. The staff are not willing to spend time talking to you. Most of the staff see you and just ignore you. There is no smile on their faces and they don't know how to greet a customer.

I once went there to buy a fan and politely negotiated a price. The Chinese staff replied something like "It's very hot out there. If you don't buy someone will".

I have decided never to go back to Bing Lee. I'd rather pay more in another store where they know how to treat and respect a customer. To me, being treated well is more important than offering a low price.
