Staff refused to price match a competitor's price, Was told to go buy the product from the competitor. Every time I go to the store the staff have been rude and not helpful.

Huge range. Lot's of staff available to help. I walked in, after finding the product on their website. Asked for a deal and got about $30 off. I probably could have got more if I tried harder too.
