Binh Minh restaurant is one of many in the area. I will concentrate on the main dish that I have had on several visits...
Chilli crispy beef. Wow! Just the right amount of chilli, fresh vegetables and really nice tender strips of beef. Excellent flavor and texture.
Like many of the Thai and Vietnamese restaurants in the area, it can get very busy in peak times. Might pay to book ahead if you have a group.
I will certainly be back for more.

the service is so rude. so very rude. took three hours for a delivery. with lots of rude in between that time trying to find out where my order was. after all that, the food sucked.

Had a great time with friends here. Staff were helpful with putting together a banquet meal for us seeing everyone was very undecided. BYO. The staff were entertaining too with magic tricks and jokes! great atmosphere and cheap food and fast food.

Approximate cost: $15.00

We normally go there a little early 5ish- because we have 3 pre-schoolers. The food is loved by the whole family and travel to there rather than have something on Brunswick St (we live in Fitzroy).

Each dish is different in flavour and fresh - and NOT just like going to a food court.

Best Vietnamese in Melbourne. Fabulous food, great service. Make sure you try the salt and pepper squid. Amazing!

Binh Minh's would have to be one of my favorite restaurants. The food is consistently of a very high standard and at reasonable prices. Most nights you can find Binh working away or chatting with guests.

Approximate cost: $10

This place quickly became my favorite when I was living in the area, and remains so. I tried a lot of the restaurants along Victoria Street but kept coming back to Binh Minh.
Their Curry Laksa is fabulous, as are their mini spring rolls and salt & pepper squid.
The decor isn't flash and the service can be lacking when they get really busy - but the food is worth it.

Binh Minh is a Melbourne staple - don't let the number of Anglo-patrons scare you off, the food is authentic, tasty and reliable. All food is extremely fresh and the 'Yummy Chicken Wings' are to-die-for. The spring rolls are also excellent, along with the salt & pepper squid.
Minh - the owner - is friendly and remembers regulars and always makes you feel welcome.

Approximate cost: $10
