Luches are great, the ten dollar menu is fabulous and they dont seem too busy at lunchtime so you get your meal quickly. However in the evenings they seem overworked (which I suppose is a good thing) so your meal can take longer. The food quality is good, but when you order a whole table at a time the meals dont come out together, and some come cold which is annoying. However they are good if/when you send a meal back.

Only ever been here for a drink with my father, who lives around the corner. Pretty ordinary tavern in my book - nothing to differentiate it from a thousand other taverns around Australia. Staff are ok but don't go out of their way. Decor is very Wodonga-ish, which if you know Wodonga should tell you all you need to know. It's ok for a drink, but if it's a choice between here and anywhere else, I'd personally pick anywhere else.

Great place to meet up with friends and have a drink. The meals that come out are generally very standard tasting and believe value for money there are better places around. In saying that I do love meeting friends and having a drink here as it is a relaxed atmosphere.

the meals take ages to come out even on a not-busy weeknight. It's really varied when you go there and sometimes there isnt anything i like at all. My friend had a vegetarian dish come out with bacon in it once. Staff seem too busy to care and its very noisy in the dining area. Nice outside dining though.

Approximate cost: $25
