Birdland is good if you are sticking to the bay area and have kids. It is quite expensive to get into for what is actually inside. Kids will enjoy it though. But if you have the time I would recommend mogo zoo which adults and kids will enjoy.

I promised My daughter we'd go see all the animals at bird land little did I realise how expensive it was! we paid anyway and she had a great time but I was annoyed at paying so much to seemingly see not much. kids love it, parents not so much. go to mogo zoo instead.
