The store is beautiful the clothes are lovely. I found some great pieces.

I used to love Birdsnest, but the quality of their range has deteriorated surprisingly in the last 12 months. Most of the new clothing are overpriced, hideously patterned, frumpy styles that you wouldn't take a second look at if you saw it in an Op Shop. Many of the products are imported from China, which is disappointing. Surely there are some Aussie designers that could be featured? The website has changed recently too and is glitchy and unreliable. So sad to see what was once a great online store going down hill. It's saving grace is the wonderful customer service.

I just love Birdsnest. The minute you step through the door the lovely birds are there to help you. The choice is outstanding. I remember them from the early days in a very small store in Cooma. The business has now expanded and employs so many local Coomerites and is a big internet business. The beauty of this Company is that it is totally focussed on their customers. Doesn’t matter if you are ordering online or walking through the doors in Cooma. Shopping instore or online is a great experience. Highly recommended. Xxx

I hate this business. They have a business model that sets out to disappoint. They advertise nice looking clothing online and through catalogues, but NEVER have enough stock. If you do not order within an instant of seeing/receiving their adverts, then forget about it. They have a 'register here for re-stock notifications' service when an item is out of stock and will email EVERYONE at 6am when ONE item comes back in stock via a return. So unless you are reading your emails this early, by the time you click through to purchase the item is sold out AGAIN, since they only had ONE item to begin with. So their customers are then disappointed for a second time. They are ridiculous.

I shop regularly online with birdsnest and highly recommend their range,their prices, their sales and their staff! They are a dream to shop with, no problems with returns, credit notes, credits, putting something aside whilst they await your return. A credit to Australian business!

My mother in law who lives in Cooma put me onto Birdsnest and ever since I am "addicted". Their customer service is second to none. I have had to return clothes approx 3 times and each time I have received a refund without question. I live in WA and if I purchase on the weekend it arrives by Tuesday.

They have great promotions what include free postage and I love their suggested outfits. Gives me great ideas on how to wear items.

Only suggestion would be to maybe get some more cocktail / evening dresses (like George, Rachel Gilbert, Eillen Kirby) as would love to buy everything from them!

This is a truly fun place to shop in! It's like a big showroom and they only have 1 of every item hanging on display, so when you want to try something on, you grab a computer and scan the barcode, pop your name + size you want, and then the lovely staff will get it for you from out the back while you wait in the changerooms. There are iPads in the changerooms so you can browse through whatever clothing you want and with the touch of a button order it and the staff will bring it to you!! It's a great shopping experience, and they stock a wide variety of shoes, accessories, and clothes. Their clothes are really beautiful and although a bit pricy, it's very good quality.

I've made online purchases from Birdsnest a few times now and was really impressed with their personal service and great quality clothing. They stock a huge range of labels and their website is awesome. They make it really easy to choose styles that suit your body shape. Postage is really quick and they have great sales too.
