Biskon Plumbing charge excessive rates ($325 for half an hour) but don't undertake the necessary investigative work in order to diagnose the problem, nor do they show any real intent to fix the problem.

All I received was an incoherent report which misdiagnosed the problem.

I would not recommend.

Used Biskon for several jobs. Their customer service is great. Job was very efficient done, and the report was very detailed. Completely no complaint.

Been calling for over 2 weeks for a simple return phone call by one of their plumbers who conducted an investigation report on my property. You would think a simple call to answer a few questions that would take no longer than 5 minutes was a simple enough request. Quick to take the money though.

I have been using Biskon Plumbing for all plumbing works on our block for years now. We have never had an issue with the plumbing works, quotes or service from Biskon Plumbing. Their quality of work is fantastic and have always been upfront and honest with works completed to Australian Standards, they don't bandaid fix. Their work is always accurate and certified.
The reviews below shock me as I have used Biskon for over 10 years and will continue to use them for all future works.

Would definitely not recommend this business. Had a job done for $2000 on a roof,which they said should last about 5 yrs. Lasted 12months. When asked if they guaranteed their work they suggested they knew at the time of applying the product it wouldn't last but just failed to tell us. Very lousy business practice, if we had known at the time they were so unreliable we wouldn't have used them.

Biskon quoted $5500 to repair a leak. I called and spoke with the manager/owner to verify the price and works he advised were essential to do as a matter of urgency! He assured me that $5500 is the base price but it could be more if they find anything else once they start. I could not believe the price he quoted and what work he said had to be done to rectify. He answered saying that this is what they do everyday, and that they know what they are doing, and that this business is very reputable/honest.
Mmmmm I got a second opinion from a different plumbing company. He came out and fixed the problem for $500! Yes $500!
It has been a few months now, and not a problem at all with any leak.
I feel so sorry for anyone who has trusted Biskon thinking that the quote is honest, fair and professional. Certainly not my experience...imagine Biskon $5500 and the other honest plumber's quote just $500.
People you can make up your own mind about this business.
Biskon I should send your quote to Current affairs, so sad that you tried to rip me off, and I am sure I am not your first or last....as in your words.."we do this all the time"
