Have used Bissell wonderful carpet shampoo products before and they are the best on the market. Went to book a shampooer two days ago and kept being directed to their site which had a message saying no website was in use. I waited and rang their HO who informed me that I had to go through their outlet site. Off I go to book and the site is one of the worst you can image for booking such a simple product. I wanted a shampooer for one or two days and was prepared to negotiate that. Well, there are two options. A three day weekend option or a week. I chose a three day option. Wanted to know if it was over a weekend or could be booked for three days at anytime of the week. Back to the website, nothing. Rang the o.s. help line and waited for 20 minutes and hung up. Went back to look again. No mention of dates for pick up and delivery anywhere as now you have to pick up and deliver yourself where once they did the delivery to you. The website only had provision for delivery by an outside company not self pick up and delivery which I had been told was the only option. Rang the office, they knew nothing, go to the website or to the non answering help line. Had already filled in the form with credit card details etc and gave up at that point. If they don't want to do business or answer consumer questions I will hire a professional from now on you. Who ever hired the IT people should be hauled over the coals as it is a mish mash. Customer serviced is not even on their radar.

Really impressed with the customer service, my trusty floor sweeper broke.. after a very easy and simple email, and finding it had a life time warranty, I received a new one delivered right to my door, Bissell products are a favorite and I will certainly continue to use them in the future..they really get the job done with minimal effort.. This issue was resolved with very little effort and had an excellent outcome.. I would definitely recommend Bissell products, they are great and the after sales service is second to none.. Well done Bissell Aust... Love your work..!! and THANKS HEAPS.. Love my sweeper...!!.
