Have been searching for a salon to care for my curly locks. Have travelled to suburbs a long way from home and found Juniper right on my back step almost. When you tell a hairdresser to do what she wants other than a fringe and come out loving the result, and as day passes love the result even more you know you have found your forever salon. They listen to you and know how much effort you want to put into styling and colour and go from there. Excellent!

Have used Bissell wonderful carpet shampoo products before and they are the best on the market. Went to book a shampooer two days ago and kept being directed to their site which had a message saying no website was in use. I waited and rang their HO who informed me that I had to go through their outlet site. Off I go to book and the site is one of the worst you can image for booking such a simple product. I wanted a shampooer for one or two days and was prepared to negotiate that. Well, there are two options. A three day weekend option or a week. I chose a three day option. Wanted to know if it was over a weekend or could be booked for three days at anytime of the week. Back to the website, nothing. Rang the o.s. help line and waited for 20 minutes and hung up. Went back to look again. No mention of dates for pick up and delivery anywhere as now you have to pick up and deliver yourself where once they did the delivery to you. The website only had provision for delivery by an outside company not self pick up and delivery which I had been told was the only option. Rang the office, they knew nothing, go to the website or to the non answering help line. Had already filled in the form with credit card details etc and gave up at that point. If they don't want to do business or answer consumer questions I will hire a professional from now on you. Who ever hired the IT people should be hauled over the coals as it is a mish mash. Customer serviced is not even on their radar.

I have used the Grey Army on a number of occasions for a variety of jobs. They are amazing. They always turn up on time, try and fit an appointment in with your life arrangements, know their stuff, clean up after themselves and are very reasonable on price. I always think of them first with any job, would recommend them to anyone, and say thank goodness for them.
