I would not recommend this restaurant. Last night my daughter and I dined at Bitter Suite to celebrate my birthday. We have been here before and the food and service, particularly by table service waiter, Margaret, was really good. However, we were very disappointed with everything except the bar service this time. The first dish we ordered was the tacos, as we’ve had these before and they were excellent. Last time this taco dish was done with warm tortillas. That's what we thought we would get this time, but it seems we were given the GF version instead. Nobody asked us if we wanted these, which is very poor service when the menu states there are options of typical corn and GF versions. These GF versions were ridiculously tiny, soft and tasteless and in our opinion not a tortilla at all. They were thin, floppy and watery, which made them impossible to pick up. They didn’t hold any filling either, which was average and lukewarm. They were very overpriced given the portion size and sub-standard quality. We then tried to order the bar snack cauliflower and blue cheese dish, but was told this dish was unavailable. We were surprised to hear that, because cauliflower and blue cheese are available in Coles, a one-minute drive away. The next bar snack dish we ordered was the roast potatoes with a harissa sauce. We don't think the potatoes were roasted at all, because they were soggy, soft and tasked like boiled potatoes. They were not crisp or browned at all and had no flavour. As they were a bar snack dish, one would expect them to be crispy and not like a side dish for a main meal. This was a very sub-standard dish as well. Another dish we tried to unsuccessfully order was the main coconut chicken curry dish, but was told for a second time this was unavailable. Again, I don't understand why chicken or coconut was not available, as they are readily available in nearby Coles. In addition, the table service was non-existent. We had to order everything from the bar ourselves and when we did, we both saw a few staff chatting away with each other behind the bar. It is a real shame the food and service has deteriorated so badly here, as this has been a lovely restaurant with a great ambience. It was so bad, we had to pay for an Uber to go to another restaurant for our main meal. We will not be coming back again.

Such a great place! I came here for a few drinks with my partner and we had a ball. It was so good that we decided to stay for dinner. Such a selection of beers. Certainly better than just a basic hotel. I'll be back.

Have had both breakfast and drinks here. It's always busy for breakfast which is always a good sign. Breakie was some time back so I can't exactly remember the quality of the food but I definitely don't remember any complaints. The staff are always friendly and I the service is excellent. The owners knew the girl I was with so we got a free round of cocktails on one night. Very generous and friendly people. Great atmosphere and options for both indoor and outdoor dining. Definitely a recommend from me.

There is a lovely selection of beverages here, which made this a perfect meeting place for a group of us to go and socialize one evening. Unlike the majority of people I went with though, I opted for something other than beer. I think I got an iced mocha and a jasmine tea, and both were exceptional. I know - an unusual selection from a place with a focus on beers, but I really like to know how a place faces a non-conventional order. The staff were lovely, and after having placed my order, they suggested that I go sit down again, and they would bring the drink out when it was ready. And they did, within record time! I was very pleased, and wouldn't hesitate to go there again. I tried a couple of tapas dishes too, and they tasted nice, but were a little expensive. Still... overall, a lovely experience.

For true beer lovers - no XXXX or VB here. Just plenty of craft beers and an ever rotating stock of beer means you always get to try something different.

Fantastic service from knowledgeable staff mean your glass is never empty.

Approximate cost: $7

If you're a beer drinker and like to try something new, this is the place. They call it boutique beer, and it's delicious. It tastes so good you forget it's alcoholic! I have to say that I indulged. My wife had a meal while we boys sampled the brews. She said the pork melted in her mouth.

Local beer bistro in Eagle Farm with beers on tap and over 55 bottled beers. I recently went here for dinner and the food was excellent-they have excellent pork and salmon mains and very good cocktails. I don't drink beer but my companions said the beer wAs very good with a lot of variety.nAnd the best duck pancakes I have ever tasted on their tapas menu.

Approximate cost: $25
