I used to buy beading supplies from this company, but stopped after I was {removed word}. The last time I bought anything was when I had counted the beads I was buying, but when I took them to the counter, the salesperson weighed them rather than counted them and she told me there were more than I had counted. There were only 20 so it would have been easy for her to double check, but she looked at me as if I was a {removed word}. Stupidly, I paid for them rather than asking her to count them. When I got home, I recounted and I was right. I find the salespeople surly and unhelpful. It's no wonder the city stores closed.

A small bead shop with a wide variety of products. Some gorgeous pre made jewellery although I feel there is room for improvement with theire prices. Staff seemed to be pre-occupied with other problems and weren't too interested in helping customers.

Went to a class here to learn ways to use beads creatively. It was great value (3 hours) with helpful staff. You can go back any time and use their tools or ask advice. They do minor repairs too, though they don't advertise the service.
